THANK YOU, GWAC!

Greetings!

A warm "Thank You" goes out to all the beautiful ladies of GWAC for welcoming me, Tanya Morrison, Founder of 360 Degree Woman, Inc., as guest speaker at your General Body Meeting on Monday, November 19. 2007.

The Greater Washington Area Chapter (GWAC) Women Lawyers Division of the National Bar Association (NBA) is a group of African American female attorneys who share a vision of growing a professional networking organization that serves the needs of the community and enhances opportunities for professional development. The NBA is the oldest and largest organization of attorneys and judges of color in the world.

"Coaching Your Way to Success!" was a great opportunity to share "7 Choices of an Evolving Woman" with my esteemed legal colleagues. After sharing the mission and vision of 360 Degree Woman, and explaining important choices for creating and maintaining balance in our lives, we engaged in a bit of "laser coaching" to assist a few ladies through a brief process of self discovery. Oh, let me not forget the scrumptious dinner -- jerk, greens, mac and cheese, fish, rice, corn bread and other delicious goodies. "Yummy!"

A special thanks to GWAC President Michelle Thomas for having me... and a very special thanks to organizer Ms. Shawnte Mitchell, Esq., for believing in my vision enough to invite me as your special guest to present before the organization. It was my pleasure to serve.
