360 Degree Woman, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) personal and professional development organization. We provide services that encourage, inspire and equip women to live more fulfilled lives. We focus on seven areas of womanhood -- spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, physical, financial and professional. It is our belief that a woman who transforms all areas of her life will live a more honest and balanced life. Living authentically, she will have a greater impact on her family, community, country and world.
We reach women ages 25-65 -- professionals, stay at home moms, entrepreneurs, and any woman wanting to pursue her passion -- by conducting workshops, seminars, activities and programs, and also providing other resources to take life to another level. Our programs are great and have been recognized by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and the District of Columbia -- recipient of a 2008 SBA Small Business Award -- and a participant of the District of Columbia's Office of Partnerships & Grant Services' Strengthening Partners Initiative.
360 Degree Woman, Inc. is on a mission to assist all women who desire to heal, grow and transform into the fullness and abundance God desires for our lives. We seek to expand our outreach by utilizing radio, community access television, and other media and technology. We are also seeking engaged board members, corporate sponsors, donations, contributions, volunteers and other resources that emerging nonprofit organizations need to do great work.

We penetrate issues with transparency, depth and passion like no other women's organization -- which is what makes us different. Our goal is to really deal with the "secret brokenness" of professional women who are so dynamic and multifaceted that no one sees our pain -- pain that even we don't see. Why don't we see our own "secret brokenness"? Because women have to "keep it moving"... and because women are so talented at our "superwoman syndrome." We juggle our responsibilities with grace and style... taking good care of everything and everyone... often neglecting to take care of ourselves.
Even if you are taking good care of yourself, living an honest and balanced life... there is always room for improvement. 360 Degree Woman encourages women to become a "super-natural-woman..." living out all that God has in store... "nothing broken, nothing lacking and nothing missing!"
